The hotel was lovely, the room was very comfortable and modern and the air conditioning was great, especially since we visited on a very warm day. The restaurant and bar area were also very nice. The staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast was great, amazing selection and good quality. There is parking near by which is very affordable considering how centrally the hotel is located. The location is great and very near the Etihad stadium. Although the hotel was busy it was still quiet and peaceful which we appreciated.

The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station so the location is great in that respect. The immediate surrounding area is mostly industrial estates with redevelopment ongoing so not many facilities on the doorstep although there is a dominos and a Costa across the street. The hotel is modern and clean and has air conditioning. The breakfast is as good as any hotel buffet breakfast and worth the money especially since my son ate for free. I was very happy with the room and the stay overall.

Hotel and room was spot on. Perfect sized room for 2 for a few nights for an event in Manchester. Walking distance (about 12mins with luggage) to Piccadilly station. Room service was a welcomed delight when tired and there were limited food choices around. Staff were consistently friendly. Tv had a great array of channels and beds were super comfy.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice beds were comfortable. Bar and restaurant looked very nice but we didn't use them. Was easy to find from the station only a 10 min walk. Nice hot shower. Clean towels and bedding. Very happy with stay.
